Exhibition - A celebration of Virgil Abloh

Virgil Abloh: Echosystems
September 21st to November 1st, 2023
Galerie Kreo, 31 rue Dauphine, 75006 Paris, free entry

For this fall, a tribute is paid to the famous American designer who died on November 28, 2021 at the age of 41 after fighting cancer for more than two years.
Virgil Abloh was the creative director of Louis Vuitton Men's since 2018 and the CEO of streetwear brand Off-White. Beyond the world of fashion, he was also an architect, engineer, DJ and musician.

Why is he so celebrated? He was very innovative and disruptive in the development of his collections mixing classic and urban art. He fought for more inclusivity in the fashion industry and beyond.

In 2020, he created the LVMH Black Database, a database of all the black talent the group can work with to combat the lack of diversity in fashion.
In the same vein, he has set up the LVMH Diversity Panel, to ensure greater diversity in recruitment within the group.
